THE FIRST ALIYAH MUSEUM

This dramatized historical epic recreates the 19^th century tale of the first Zionist immigrants to pre-state Israel – the “First Aliyah”.

Presented in seven segments, it follows the experiences of a family of Jewish immigrants, depicts their difficult adjustment to life in then-Palestine and traces the events leading up to the establishment of the State of Israel.

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the production brought the historical atmosphere to life. Surrealistic sets included giant screens displaying archival stills, while authentic archival materials were also included in the accompanying filmed drama.

This innovative presentation helps draw crowds to one of the oldest towns in modern-day Israel.
