The Challenge
Our challenge was to assist the client in entering a new market – in a foreign country. The company wished to sell presses to the Chinese market. China Print is the biggest event for the print industry hosting professionals from around this huge country. Our goal was to launch a new product aimed at the publishing industry and showcase its novelty, while supporting actual sales.
What We Did
To highlight the product’s benefits, we developed a story that would show viewers the opportunities this new machine created. The show began with a client, played by a live actor on stage, who needed an urgent project printed. Although a job with these requirements could never have been accomplished in the past, HP’s printers empowered the printing company to solve the client’s problem and deliver the job on time. An impressive 18 meter screen with targeted content was coupled with the on-stage actor to tell the story.
Results
HP continue to entrust us with their Chinese shows and has expressed deep appreciation for the results they achieve.
