The Challenge
Ruag’s Civil Aviation Division offered a wide array of services. They sought a tool that would enable their sales team to lead more dynamic and interesting sales meetings that could better present their capabilities to potential clients.
What We Did
We developed an app that every salesperson could use on a personal device, wherever a meeting was held. The app opened with a unique icon representing each area for which they offered services. When clicked, the icon opened with a short, impressive animation, revealing the details in an engaging way. The information on the topic was delivered with relevant case studies, eye catching images and other appropriate materials. The app also provided a checklist to mark the information each client found useful. At the end of the meeting, the sales person would automatically receive the checklist summary with details of the subjects discussed, enabling simple and effective follow up. The app empowered the sales team to lead effective sales meetings.
Results
Because the app was so useful to their selling process, the company purchased IPADS for each of the members of the sales team staff.
